Karen will provide hammered dulcimer music for a free Guided Meditation, followed by organic vegetarian snacks, sponsored by Spirit First! This is for both new and experienced meditators. Karen & Paul will perform at the Old Brogue Celtic Concert Series. This is a wonderful, intimate venue to hear acoustic music with great food, great beer (including good Belgian beer) and wonderful desserts. It's a lovely pub atmosphere, complete with a fire. A perfect treat for the end of a winter's weekend!
